The cardiovascular endurance activities like running or the elliptical are considered sport “easy” by some people, sports can be practiced without having to follow specific rules.

This type of injury is possible, for example using the wrong shoes for running, cycling or incorrect. Remember that the good quality equipment you can be of no help if it is not suitable for your body and your goal.
The goal is not to have the best equipment possible, but simply a material that suits you and which all settings are tailored to your physique.
