Trichomoniasis is a sexually transmitted infection caused by a single-celled parasite called trichomonas vaginalis.

Signs and symptoms of trichomoniasis treatment of trichomoniasis:

• Tenderness, itching and burning in the vagina, accompanied by a thick green or yellow.

• There may be abdominal pain or discomfort when urinating.

Causes of Trichomoniasis:

• Trichomoniasis is caused by Trichomonas vaginalis, protozoan parasite, transmitted during intercourse or as a result of prolonged use of pads.
